This robust planetary mixer with a 60-liter stainless steel bowl allows you to knead, whip, mix, and stir at three different speeds: 74, 150, and 288 rpm. The mixer comes with an aluminum dough hook, a dough blade, and a stainless steel whisk. This makes it indispensable and ideal for kneading dough, stirring batter, whipping egg whites, or whipping cream. Even with large quantities of ingredients, this mixer won’t disappoint, as the metal gears ensure that every type of dough is perfectly mixed.

Kneading and mixing in large restaurant kitchens, canteens, bakeries, and pizzerias is difficult without a high-quality planetary mixer. This machine effortlessly processes 30 kg of pizza dough and 24 kg of bread dough. The minimum amount of bread dough that can be kneaded is 7 kg. Thanks to the powerful motor and metal gearbox, the dough hook moves effortlessly through any dough. Once the bowl is full of dough, it can be easily lowered after kneading using the side lever.

Scratch-resistant coating and safe handling

Thanks to its stainless steel housing and scratch-resistant coating, this planetary mixer remains scratch-free even with frequent use.
