THE + ADVANTAGE – SANITIZATION: This new sanitation program offers additional protection thanks to a thermal disinfection phase, during which the dishes are brought to a temperature above 70°C and remain there long enough to achieve an A0 lethality index of 30, calculated based on the EN 15883 sanitary standard. This standard guarantees the elimination of germs and bacteria.
