Safe working practices

Thanks to the safety switch, you can be sure that the motor won’t overheat when working with this dough mixer. The mixer also features a safety cage that seals the mixing bowl. If the cage isn’t completely closed, the machine simply won’t start. This also applies if the mixing bowl is overfilled with ingredients – the mixer will switch off automatically.

Easy to clean

The bowl and dough hook are made of stainless steel, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very easy to clean. A damp cloth and mild detergent are all you need. The mixing bowl is not removable, but it’s large enough to be easily cleaned. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
