The iDeck PD 60.60 from Moretti Forni is a reliable, robust electric pizza oven with two independently controllable baking chambers , ideal for pizzerias, snack bars, and high-volume catering establishments. Thanks to its large baking surfaces, the oven offers space for:
- 4 + 4 pizzas Ø30 cm or
- 1 + 1 pizza Ø45 cm or
- 1 + 1 EN sheet 600 x 400 mm
The stainless steel paneling , hinged doors with safety glass , and the impact-protected integrated halogen interior lighting make the iDeck particularly user-friendly and durable. The mechanical control system offers maximum control over temperature (50–380 °C) , lighting, and heating intervals—ideal for traditional, direct baking on sandblasted firebrick floors or on baking trays.
