Robust refrigerated counter made of CNS 1.4301 stainless steel for professional use in gastronomy and food processing. With convection cooling, automatic defrosting, HACCP alarm and GN 1/1-compatible compartments. Space-saving and plinth-capable.

The refrigerated counter with 3 full doors is the ideal solution for the space-saving storage of chilled food directly in the work area – particularly suitable for professional kitchens, catering establishments, butchers or bakeries.

The substructure is fully GN 1/1 compatible, equipped with two ergonomic doors whose magnetic seals can be changed without tools. The inner tray is rounded and equipped with a practical condensation channel, which makes cleaning easier.

Thanks to electronic control and visual and acoustic HACCP alarm, you have full control over temperature and hygiene at all times. The automatic defrosting and the electric condensation evaporation ensure low-maintenance operation. The compact design with a technical compartment on the side enables flexible integration, even as a pedestal model.

The insulation with up to 50 mm PUR rigid foam ensures maximum energy efficiency. The unit is designed for central refrigeration systems and is supplied without a worktop – ideal for individual adjustments with or without upstand.
