This luxury heated food display has a capacity of 160 litres and is suitable for professional use in hotels, restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments. The arched window at the front not only ensures that the food is kept at the right temperature, but also provides a good view of all the food on display. The heated food display is also equipped with lighting at the front, so you can present baked goods, snacks and appetizers to your customers in an attractive way. There are sliding doors on the back for easy dispensing of the products. The goods counter has three adjustable and removable chrome shelves.

Analog temperature setting

The stainless steel construction is chrome-plated and has a long service life. The display case is equipped with glass panels on all four sides. The powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution, so that the products are heated evenly. There is also a special reservoir for air humidification. The analogue rotary knob allows you to set any desired temperature between 30 and 90ºC. The temperature is displayed on the front of the heated food display. Thanks to the indicator light, you know exactly when the holding device is at the right temperature

Easy to clean

Since you will be working with fresh products in this professional food warming cabinet, it is important that it is cleaned regularly. Turn off the appliance before you start cleaning. Both the inside and outside are easy to clean with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Make sure you use as little water as possible to avoid condensation. After cleaning, wipe all lenses well. The shelves are removable and can be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge.
