The warming plate has a capacity of 186 litres and is equipped with three height-adjustable, chrome-plated shelves. The glass panels cover all sides of the display, and the practical LED lighting on the inside ensures an attractive presentation of the food. The heated food display is also equipped with a card holder for advertising your products. Both the front and the back are equipped with sliding doors. This allows customers to take their baked goods, grilled dishes or snacks out of the display case themselves. This makes it easier for staff to refill the display case.

Good heat distribution

The construction of this heated food display case is made of stainless epoxy steel, which makes it very sturdy. This also gives the display case a long service life. Inside the display case, the powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution. There is also a humidification reservoir to prevent the food from drying out. The temperature in the glass display can be infinitely adjusted between 30 and 90ºC with the analogue rotary knob. Easy-to-clean materials

Stainless steel and glass are very easy-care materials. Since you will be displaying your products in your store, it is important that the display case remains clean. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. However, it is advisable not to use too much water, otherwise condensation will form and your dishes will no longer be clearly visible in the glass case. To clean the shelves, remove them from the warming display case and clean them with soap and a sponge.
