In this professional catering heat display case, you can store various baked goods, snacks, grilled dishes and nibbles on two shelves at the right temperature. The 50-litre capacity of the warming display takes up very little space thanks to its width of 55.4 cm. The square glass design is attractive and presents the products in a professional way. There are hinged doors at the back of the display case, making it easier for staff to serve or refill. The interior is equipped with two chrome-plated shelves that are not height-adjustable

Adjustable temperature

To keep food at the right temperature, you can use the analogue knob to easily adjust the temperature between 30 and 90 ºC. The indicator light indicates when the display shows the selected temperature. To ensure that food is kept evenly warm, this warming plate is equipped with a powerful heating element for efficient heat distribution. There is also an air humidification reservoir so that the products do not dry out so quickly.

Quick and easy cleaning

Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the inside of the display case. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Do not use too much water when cleaning to avoid condensation.
