This compact, heated food display allows you to keep baked goods and snacks warm for your customers. This is the ideal kitchen appliance that fits on a countertop, table or counter. The display case has a capacity of 45 liters and is 55 cm wide. The beautifully curved window at the front ensures an attractive and professional presentation of the products. The back of the display case is equipped with hinged doors that allow for easy refilling or providing customers with quick meals. Glass panels on all four sides ensure that the products are clearly visible. The two interior shelves are chrome-plated and not height-adjustable.

Uniform heating of the products

To ensure that the food in the warming counter is heated evenly, the counter is equipped with a powerful heating element. There is also an air humidification reservoir to prevent the food from drying out quickly. With the analogue knob you can easily set temperatures between 30 and 90ºC. The indicator light indicates when the display case has reached the correct temperature

Quick and hygienic cleaning

Hygiene is very important in every catering business. The display case that is seen by your customers should also look clean. Before you start cleaning, turn off the display case. Then use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the glass. You can also clean the shelves with a cloth and some soapy water. After cleaning, wipe everything thoroughly. Also, be careful not to use too much water to avoid condensation.
